TERMS OF SALE – NATURALLYNEATNATURE

By purchasing prints, digital downloads, or products from NaturallyNeatNature, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

All photographs, artwork, and images displayed or sold by NaturallyNeatNature remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted work of NaturallyNeatNature unless otherwise stated in writing.

The purchase of a print or product does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, redistributed, resold, edited, manipulated, used commercially, used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets, NFTs, or otherwise repurposed without prior written permission.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Purchased prints and products are intended for personal display and enjoyment only.

Commercial use, reproduction, resale, sublicensing, or distribution of any image or product is strictly prohibited unless a separate written commercial license has been granted.

ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Orders may be fulfilled manually or through a third-party professional print fulfillment provider, including but not limited to VistaPrint or other printing laboratories.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on fulfillment workload, product availability, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of NaturallyNeatNature.

COLOR, CROPPING & PRINT VARIATION

Actual print colors, brightness, saturation, and cropping may vary slightly from digital previews due to monitor calibration differences, print materials, paper finishes, production methods, and device display settings.

Minor variations between on-screen previews and physical products are considered normal and are not considered defects.

PAYMENT TERMS

Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information, shipping addresses, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase.

When submitting payment through Venmo, PayPal, or other payment platforms, customers should include:

Full Name

Photograph Name or ID

Relevant order details

This information helps ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

RETURNS, DAMAGES & LOST ORDERS

Due to the custom-made nature of photographic prints and products, all sales are generally considered final.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact NaturallyNeatNature within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs and order information.

Replacement eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the fulfillment provider.

NaturallyNeatNature is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, customs delays, or damage occurring after successful delivery confirmation.

PRICING ERRORS

NaturallyNeatNature reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders resulting from pricing errors, typographical mistakes, technical malfunctions, inaccurate listings, or unintended product information.

If a pricing error occurs after payment has been submitted, a full refund will be issued.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaturallyNeatNature’s total liability for any claim related to products, prints, orders, shipping, or services shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products or submitting payment, customers acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.

These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
